October Retreat, at Alentejo




3 days in a special place, with a program of classes and activities that allow you to take a well-deserved break, and celebrate the best in life.



October 14th, Friday
from 3 pm – Arrival, distribution of rooms, small welcome reception.
Herdade da Matinha is a place of inspiration to relax, take a deep breath and smile.
6 pm – Introduction to the Retreat+ Ashtanga Yoga & Relaxation Class – a dynamic, intensely transformative Yoga practice. And that will be taught gradually, so that all people, even those who have never done Yoga, can enjoy all its benefits! (2h)
8 pm – Dinner prepared by the talented Matinha restaurant.

October 15, Saturday
8 am – Meditation, Ashtanga Yoga & Relaxation – start the day in the best way, with a class that works deeply on our body, calms the mind and opens the heart. (2h)
10.30 am – Breakfast.
11.30 am – Departure to the beach, walk, walk, but also the opportunity to surf with Jo Bento, who was a professional surfer and one of the references of Portuguese surfing. (2h)
1.30 pm – Free time.
6 pm – Workshop Taking care of yourself – is essential. Taking care of ourselves is fundamental to creating our own well-being as the foundation for a state of health. (2.30h) Theory full of practical and accessible content to take with you on a daily basis. Yoga & Relaxation Class – creating space in the body, expanding our energy, calming the mind, getting in touch with our intelligence, and intuition, awakening innate happiness. (2.30h)
8.30 pm – Dinner.

October 16, Sunday
8 am – Meditation, Ashtanga Yoga & Relaxation – we only go there with love, in the practice of Yoga and in life. Learning to develop loving discipline, which strengthens the internal muscles of self-esteem, confidence, resilience and internal strength. (2h)
10.30 am – Breakfast.
11.30 am – Walk through the valleys that surround Matinha – because there are places worth visiting, so that we can understand that the path is made by walking, and that the simple, and what we define as small, are true inspirations to celebrate our life. (1.30h)
1:00 pm – Farewell and free time to enjoy Matinha.

The Retreat is open to all people, those who have never done Yoga, and all those who are experienced.
