When I opened Ashtanga Cascais, people who sought our classes were recommended by a family member, friend or acquaintance, who knew the physical benefits of this practice, such as greater flexibility, coordination and strength.
The years have passed and although many people continue to appear who want to strengthen and detoxify their body, it is increasingly common to receive students who have already realized that it is necessary to stop, feel, breathe, and calm down, so that they can really live and enjoy their lives.
In August, our Ashtanga Cascais will be open the whole month.
Inês Roseta will teach Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the morning and Tuesday and Thursday in the late afternoon. Classes take place in person and in our Shala Online, for beginners and more experienced students.
