ASHTANGA YOGA & SURF RETREAT, FEBRUARY 7-9, AT NOAH SURF HOUSE, SANTA CRUZ, PORTUGAL.
A 3 day retreat in a place that celebrates the sea!
February 7th, Friday
from 3pm – Arrival + Room distribution + Small welcome reception.
6pm – Introduction to the Retreat + ASHTANGA YOGA GUIDE PRACTICE + Relaxation – learn to end your day with the best of life, a practice that connects you to living your body, and feeling every part of yourself loosen and release tension! (2.30pm)
9pm – Dinner made by Noah Surf House Restaurant.
February 8th, Saturday
7.30 am – ASHTANGA YOGA CLASS Mysore Style for more experienced practitioners. 9 am Guided Yoga Beginner Class. (There are two classes in the morning for all, those who are experienced practitioners, and those who have never done yoga, to enjoy learning a yoga practice that transforms body, mind and soul.)
10am – Breakfast.
11.30 am – time to go to the beach and enjoy surfing with Jo Bento, who has over 25 years of experience! But if you think you don’t want to surf, you can always enjoy walking on one of our favorite beaches, Santa Cruz!
2.30 pm – Lunch break and enjoy Noah.
6 pm – LECTURE CONNECT YOUSELF – to be present, cultivating inner silence and calmness in your mind, moments of connection with your own nature, intuition and creativity! + STRETCHING & RECOVERY SEQUENCE – this part of the class is always a from the high moments of our Retreats, where you will inevitably be led to overcoming, surrender and acceptance+ rest. (2.30pm)
8.30 pm – Dinner.
February 9th, Sunday
7.30 am – ASHTANGA YOGA CLASS Mysore Style for more experienced practitioners 9 am Guided Yoga Beginner Class.
10am – Breakfast.
11 am – WALKING ON THE BEACH + TIME FOR MEDITATION – For many years now we have had the science to prove the benefits of regular yoga and meditation practice, let us show you how simple it is to start meditating! (1.30pm)
2pm – lunch break.
3.30 pm – RITUAL OF FAREWELL – The intention of our Retreats is to get you to stop, feel and breathe so that you have the opportunity to (re) find your own abilities to take better care of yourself. (1h)
