ASHTANGA YOGA & SURF RETREAT, MARCH 19-21, AT Três MARIAS, ALENTEJO
3 days to celebrate the best of life!
Imagine 3 days in a special place, Três Marias, and a program of classes and activities that lead you to find the potential of your body, to learn to relax and focus your mind, and feed your heart with joy, inspiration and enthusiasm! These 3 days are like a real breath of energy to start or restart taking care of yourself. Everyone is welcome, those who have never practiced Yoga and those who are already practicing, you can participate alone, or with your family and closest friends!
March 19th, Friday
from 15h – Arrival + Distribution of rooms + Small welcome reception.
6 pm – Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga, a practice for life – you will learn to use your breath as your best ally against anxiety, nervousness, stress and tension, while practicing a sequence of movements and postures that strengthen your body and mind . (2h)
8.30 pm – Nutritious and tasty dinner prepared by the Três Marias team.
March 20th, Saturday
8 am – Ashtanga Yoga Class + Guided Relaxation – start the morning with the best of life, with a dynamic practice that enhances your body, and awakens your mind to the present. (2h)
10 am – Breakfast.
11.30h – you will be surfing with Jo Bento, who was a professional surfer, and is a reference in Portuguese surfing. Yoga and Surf have many similarities, and the one we like most, is the fact that they are holistic practices because they work the various layers of ourselves, uniting body, mind and heart.
13.30h – time to enjoy the wonderful Três Marias, this place that invites you to relax.
17.30h – Lecture Inspire you to be your best version + Stretching, Recovery & Meditation Class – you will release tension, find freedom in your body, and comfort in your own mind + Meditation moment – here, in you, there is light, and that is felt and nurtured when you learn to stop and be aware. (2.30h)
8.30 pm – Dinner.
March 21 Sunday
8 am – Ashtanga Yoga Class + Guided Relaxation – this is a daily ritual that helps to slow down, connect and transform. (2h)
10 am – Breakfast.
11.30h – Walk through Três Marias + Meditation – Nature is par excellence a form of inspiration to be more positive and calm people. Meditation is possible for all those who learn the great art of relaxing. (2h)
13.30h – time to enjoy Três Marias.
