Reorganize your routine

We all want to change something, but it’s not enough to ask, wish or dream, because we need to roll up our sleeves and make it happen, that is, take realistic and consistent steps towards change.

Did you know that your morning routine actually starts the night before? What time do you have dinner? What do they eat? What do you do between dinner and bedtime? What time do you choose to go to bed? And how is the quality of your sleep?Reflect on these points, and others you want to add. And then listen to your own answers and try to understand whether what you do actually matches what you say you want. And if what you do helps you achieve what you want for yourselves.

Conscious reflection is an important help to understand with greater perspective where you are at this stage of your life. And active listening allows you to gain greater intimacy and knowledge  of what you really think, feel and want. And if you want to wake up early, with more energy, motivated and calm, you should organize the end of the day because it will have an impact on your morning.

If you want to wake up earlier to stop stressing early in the morning, and stop saying and feeling like you don’t have time for anything other than running from one place to another, perhaps you need to seriously reflect on what you can readjust, add or remove from your daily life.Because nothing will change if we don’t make the change, and most of the time this transformation happens in small steps, in everyday decisions, such as, what time do I choose to have dinner? What will I cook for dinner? What do I do between dinner time and bedtime? Etc.

Our morning is defined by our night. Our morning is always a new beginning, and yet we easily end up  living exactly what we did the day before. To break with what we already perceive that creates instability, confusion, demotivation, disconnection, anxiety or stress, we need to reflect on what we actually do and want in our lives, and then take consistent steps towards change.

Do you want to increase your energy, productivity, mood, concentration, general health, consistency, confidence, joy and satisfaction? So reflect seriously on what you do and what you want, and then define and practice the changes that you feel will support you.

The path to change is not perfect or linear, but it is worth trying, and keeping trying. There will be moments of greater inspiration, times when everything seems to flow, and others where we encounter challenges, but don’t give up, continue working on these reflections and practicing the changes that raise your awareness and responsibility to readjust your life.
