ONLINE RETREAT, WITH THE TEACHER VERA SIMÕES, DECEMBER 8TH, FROM 3PM TO 6PM.

 

 3 hours of simple, easy and accessible theory, & a Yoga practice that works the inner muscle of resilience and joy.

PROGRAM

3pm – Introduction to the Retreat.

3:15pm – From theory to practice – Yoga is a path of challenges & solutions, which works directly on the inner muscle of resilience and joy.

4.30pm – Ashtanga Yoga Practice – you will work on concentration, delivery, confidence and positivity + Guided Relaxation – the rests taught by Professor Vera, are special moments of great connection to our intern. You will take a journey that begins with your breath, and advances to the subtle aerials of yourself.

5.45pm- Questions & Answers.

6pm – Farewell.

MATERIALS

Yoga mat.

A medium towel.

Comfortable practical clothes.

Notepad and pen.

A computer or screen.
