Ericeira Retreat, 27th to 29th May




3 days in one of our favorite places, Ericeira, with a program of classes and activities that invite you to feel inspiration, well-being and joy.


May 27th, Friday
From 3 pm – ARRIVAL, distribution of rooms. You will get to know Quinta Raposeiros, and be dazzled by its trees, and the view of one of the most beautiful beaches in Ericeira.
6 pm – INTRODUCTION TO THE RETREAT+ Yoga Class+ Guided Relaxation – you will be invited to experience the main benefits of Yoga. Which are they? And why can they help you recover, or enhance, your well-being and your health? (2h)
8.30 pm – DINNER prepared by Whole Foods For My Soul. It has a tasty, careful, and incredibly nutritious meal.

May 28, Saturday
8 am – MEDITATION, ASHTANGA YOGA & RELAXATION. These last few years have been full of intense and demanding moments, and Yoga is an ancient practice, which has been shared over decades, and which continues to have a powerful and effective effect to awaken us from automatism, from rooted patterns, and limiting conditioning, and regaining calm, attention, awareness and energy. (2h)
10 am – BREAKFAST.
11.30 am – DEPARTURE TO THE BEACH. Have you ever surfed? This will be your opportunity to learn to surf, or to improve your performance, because we will have a surfing lesson with our partner Ericeira Surf School.
2 pm – FREE TIME to enjoy the beaches and Vila da Ericeira, as well as the wonderful Quinta Raposeiros.
6 pm – WORKSHOP “A DIET FOR YOUR YOGA, AND FOR YOUR LIFE”. The most fundamental aspects to develop a consistent and lasting practice of Yoga, which are combined with a life of greater purpose and happiness. (2h)
20.30 pm – DINNER.

29th of May, Sunday
8 am – MEDITATION, ASHTANGA YOGA & RELAXATION. Starting the day with a moment to stop, feel and breathe is the perfect way to light up from within. And with that light, see and feel clearly to discover where you are, and where you want to go. (2h)
10 am – BREAKFAST.
11.30 am – WALK & FAREWELL. In silence or in conversation, we are going to make a special path, possible for all people. We will make stops so that you can catch a glimpse of the views, because they are charming, full of nature, and capable of awakening good energy and inner strength.
2 pm – END.

Our Retreats are open to all people, men and women who have never practiced Yoga, but also to those who are experienced practitioners.
