The people from our home, who have been part of the Ashtanga Cascais for some years, know how special it is, this annual Workshop that i teach in Zurich, Switzerland.

Because the school Mysore Zurich www.mysorezurique.ch was founded by a teacher who is part of the history of our Ashtanga Cascais, Laura Griskeviciute. I knew Laura many years ago when she was still living in Portugal, and was a student at our Ashtanga Cascais. And with her dedication, work and focus she became one of our most consistent and regular students, and of course she became an assistant, and later a teacher, of some of our classes. Our relationship began as a student and teacher, and with the continuation of the years it has become a strong friendship, built by the love we both have for this Yoga practice that we both believe.

And i felt so proud  to later see her in whole process of creating from scratch the foundations of actual Mysore Zurich, a traditional school of Ashtanga Yoga, where Laura teaches every morning, this special Yoga practice, which works intensely and immensely the body and mind. And last year I felt great joy when I received her invitation to go to teach my first Workshop to Mysore Zurich! And we had a house full of her students, and other practitioners of  Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga!

This year I am back to Mysore Zurich from 28 to 31 March, there will be 4 days of workshop, open to all, beginners to Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga, and more experienced practitioners. Everyone will be welcome! Make your registrations to – mail@mysorezurique.ch
