All beginners have a Guided Class, where the teacher teaches step by step every detail of this very special practice. While the more experienced practitioners are in full Mysore Style, with the full attention of the teacher who will advise and adjust whenever necessary. The end of the class is done with a guided relaxation, to delve in depth in your best version, which appears, when you are connected, and in peace.

February 27, Sunday at 8 am
Meditation, Mysore Style and Relaxation
The class begins with a new moment of meditation, which will help create consistency to develop mindfulness and awareness, the two great allies in the practice of Yoga. The class ends with the art of relaxing body and mind, in a conscious sleep that releases what is trapped, frees what conditions, and renews our courage, strength and discernment.
Duration 2h.
At 11 am,
Yoga is an internal practice
Beyond the postures we perform, we are led to an internal journey, which the Indian sage Patanjali described as an 8-step path. You will get to know a little more about the philosophical and theoretical component of Yoga, as a basis for a greater understanding and deepening of your practice. Professor Vera has a particular way of presenting philosophy and theory, she integrates each participant, and offers practical and simple examples that we can all understand, and above all, take to our daily lives, as references and inspirations for the way we relate to ourselves, to others and to our surroundings.
Duration 2h.
