MEDITATION, YOGA & SUP RETREAT, JUNE 4-6, AT QUINTA RAPOSEIROS, ERICEIRA

3 days in a place surrounded by nature, in Ericeira, full of trees, and overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches. 3 days with classes and activities to awaken your best!

PROGRAM

June 4, Friday
from 3pm – arrival + room distribution.
6pm – Introduction to the Retreat – the fundamental foundations for our balance, + Yoga practice & Guided relaxation – a class that teaches how to create internal space and integration, through the knowledge of breathing, body and mind. (2h)
8.30 pm – Dinner.
All meals are prepared by the special Joana Quirino, Whole Foods For My Soul.

June 5, Saturday
8 am – Meditation & Ashtanga Yoga – you will start your day in the best way, with a special moment to watch carefully, and find peace, renewal and inspiration. Followed by a dynamic Yoga class, focused on cleaning and unlocking the body and mind. (2h)
10 am– Breakfast.
12:00 pm – departure for a SUP activity on the Lizandro River. This activity is carried out with our partner ERICEIRA SUP, who have accredited instructors, and consists of a SUP tour along the river, full of moments of peace and tranquility. The tour is accessible to all people. & Time to enjoy the beaches, Vila da Ericeira, or take the opportunity to be at the special Quinta Raposeiros.
5.30 pm – Ashtanga Yoga Workshop – a path with principles, obstacles and solutions. Accessible theory, Yoga practice and Guided relaxation, 2.30h sharing stories, information and lots of laughs! And also a Yoga practice for the end of the day, to stretch, release tension, and experience well-being. (2.30h)
8.30 pm – Dinner.

June 6, Sunday
8 am – Meditation & Ashtanga Yoga – when you sit and move with your awareness, and remain silent, you have the possibility to find a deep sense of peace, calm and balance within you.
10 am – Breakfast.
11.30 am – Walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Ericeira – because Nature is one of our greatest sources of inspiration to be positive, grateful and happy people. (2h)
1.30 pm – time to enjoy the Quinta.
