INHALE LIGHT
Inhale Light,
and exhale physical, mental or emotional tension.
I repeat each breath with this purpose.
I let myself stay quiet for a few minutes, in no hurry to get out of the connection with my breath, and the visualization of light entering my body, and exiting tension, pain or anxiety. I use the phases of breathing to deepen these purposes, and I feel the renewing of energy, focus and connection.
