Enter in a inner journey, where you will (re) learn to breath and discover your own body potentialities, calm your mind and open doors in your heart. And at the same time you will stay in a beautiful place like Samadi Bali, visit stunning parts of Bali, enjoy beach life, eat tasty and nutritious meals, and everything that this island as to offer!
This Retreat is open to everyone, included people that never had done Yoga or Ashtanga Yoga.

5 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. Introduction to our Ashtanga Yoga Retreat+ Guided Ashtanga YogaPrimary Series+ Guided Relaxation
8p.m. Dinner prepared by the special and experienced Samadi Bali team
APRIL 21, SUNDAY
8 a.m. to 10a.m. Mysore Style – the traditional way of practicing and teaching Ashtanga Yoga, where Vera will work with each of the participants, exploring the potentialities of our bodies as a preparation to calm the mind and balance emotions
10 a.m. Healthy and nutritious breakfast at Samadi
Free time to explore the beaches of Canggu
4p.m to 7p.m. “The main features & characteristics of Ashtanga Yoga” – important aspects to the quality of our Yoga practices and our lives + Recovery and stretching postures sequence & Guided Relaxation
7:30 p.m. Dinner
APRIL 22ND, MONDAY
8a.m. to 10a.m. Mysore Style – deepening and connecting the breath to our body.
10 a.m. Breakfast at Samadi
Visit UBUD – Water Temple – we will be led in the sacred prayers of Hindu Monks to receive the blessings of one of the most sacred sites in Bali.

Free time to read a book by the Samadi pool, go for a walk, or visit the outskirts of Canggu.
4p.m. to 7p.m. “How to create a regular and stable Yoga practice?” – Relevant information to take to all other areas of our life + Recovery and stretching postures sequence – Learning to let go and relax.

4p.m. to 6.30p.m. “Stop, Feel, Breathe, A Yoga practice to transform Body, Mind and Soul.” – Vera will talk about her first book, the stories behind each chapter and photography + 5 basic postures to recover energy
