A morning of practices and experiences that promote balance and well-being.
PROGRAM
8:00 AM – Arrival and welcome reception.
8:10 AM – Meditation & Ashtanga Yoga class with teacher Vera Simões, co-founder and director of Ashtanga Cascais since 2007. Vera will show you how to develop your attention, increase self-awareness, and gain knowledge and experiences that can transform your life. The class is dynamic, powerful, and suitable for everyone, even those who have never meditated or done Yoga. (1:15 AM)
9:30 AM – Breakfast prepared by Marta Ferreira, @martilicious. Marta is known for her workshops and courses that teach how to cook uncomplicated, tasty, and nutritious meals. Get ready for a wonderful meal because Marta is a talented chef, and what she prepares is balanced and very delicious!
10:30 am – Workshop “Your Basics” with Health Coach Vera Simões. To better adjust your daily life to this cold season, it will be necessary to reflect and learn to listen to yourself, and then define flexible, effective, and progressive steps towards what you want. Defining a path aligned with what you want for yourself involves self-awareness, self-reflection, and determination. Vera Simões has been conducting workshops, retreats, and lectures for many years, sharing some fundamental points that can make a difference in your wellness journey. (1 hour)
11:30 am – Lecture “Do the Stars Really Impact Our Lives?” with renowned astrologer Alexandra Duarte. Alexandra is one of the most recognized astrologers in our country, with a consistent body of work for many years, made up of serene sharing that invites us to reflect on our lives and inspires us to act with greater connection to our essence. Alexandra brings to her consultations and lectures the art of communicating with clarity and sensitivity, helping us feel comfortable and safe to reflect more attentively on our lives. (1 hour)
12:30 PM – Yogalates class with the teacher Rita Frazão. Rita’s classes are much more than just physical training because she creates sequences of movements and exercises that promote a strong, stable, and vital body, where muscle strengthening is done with awareness, control, and serenity. Expect a class that works on the strength and stability of your muscles while teaching you how to keep your mind calm. Rita Frazão is one of the teachers at Ashtanga Cascais, and her classes enhance the health and well-being of each person. (1 hour)
