It is with great joy that I will be back on January 18th and 19th at Yoga Shala Matosinhos, in Porto.

I have written a few times that I am a fan of Porto, it is always with great enthusiasm when I return to this city to share what I like and believe. I will be back at Yoga Shala Matosinhos on the morning of January 18th and 19th with this Workshop that aims to show that everyone can practice Ashtanga Yoga.

The program contains two practical classes divided into two groups, one for experienced practitioners, and one for all who are just beginning or who have never done yoga. Besides the practices, there will be talks full of real content to take to your daily lives!
