ASHTANGA YOGA & SURF RETREAT, FROM OCTOBER 30th TO NOVEMBER 1st, AT TRÊS MARIAS, IN ALENTEJO

3 days to celebrate and nurture your best version.

 

PROGRAM

October 30, Friday

from 3 pm – Arrival + Distribution of rooms + Small welcome reception.

6 pm – Introduction to Retreat + Stretching, Recovery & Meditation Class – you will learn to use breathing as your best ally against anxiety, nervousness, stress and tension, while practicing a sequence of movements and postures that allow you to find internal space in the body, and focus, clarity and relaxation in the mind. (2h)

8.30 pm – Nutritious and tasty dinner prepared by the Três Marias team.

October 31, Saturday

8 am – Ashtanga Yoga Class + Guided Relaxation – is a dynamic practice that wakes up the body, calms the mind and opens your heart. It is a practice to stop, feel, breathe and connect to the best of life. (2h)

10 am – Breakfast.

11.30 am – time to go out to the beach, and enjoy surfing with Jo Bento, who has been a surfer for 30 years. But you can also simply choose to take a walk, or read a good book, on this beach, which is one of our favorites!

1.30 pm – time to enjoy the wonderful Três Marias, this place that invites you to slow down and enjoy moments of rest.

5.30 pm – Lecture Inspire you to be your best version + 2nd part Stretching, Recovery & Meditation Class – which aims to teach you to let go, to release tension, to find freedom in your body, and warmth and stability in your mind + Meditation moment – here, there, anywhere, in me, in you, in us, there is light, which is felt and nourished when you learn to stop and to be aware and present. (2.30h)

8.30 pm – Dinner.

November 1, Sunday

8 am – Ashtanga Yoga Class + Guided Relaxation – this is a daily ritual to slow down, connect and transform. It is a path that is neither perfect nor magical, and that through consistent practice teaches you everything about discipline and love. (2h)

10 am – Breakfast.

11.30 am – Walk through Três Marias + Meditation + Questions and answers + Farewell. (2h)

1.30 pm – time to enjoy this place so special, that inspires us to feel calm and peace.

All people are welcome, those who have never practiced Yoga, and those who are already practitioners. Those who want to do surfing and hiking, and those who simply prefer to stay in Três Marias. This Retreat is a special proposal with everything we most like, and that is part of our family’s daily life. It is a retreat to participate alone, with your closest family members, or with a group of close friends. Know that the Retreat is being prepared with respect for due social distancing and the remaining security and protection measures. And even with Yoga mats with a greater distance, these three days  will be to share practices, stories and lots of laughs.
