ASHTANGA YOGA & SURF RETREAT, MAY 8-10, AT MEMMO BALEEIRA, IN SAGRES

A 3 day retreat to stop and recover with the best of life.

PROGRAM

May 8, Friday

from 3pm – Arrival+ Small welcome reception+ time to enjoy the Memmo Baleeira, and or a few hours on one of the beaches that are so close to the Hotel.
6pm – Introduction to the Retreat + Guided Lesson of Ashtanga Yoga & Relaxation – a practice that takes your body and mind to a state of surrender, immersion and connection. (2.30h)
9pm – Dinner at Memmo.

 

May 9, Saturday

7.45am – Meditation – start the day with your best. (15m)
8am – Ashtanga Yoga Class – Mysore Style for experienced practitioners, and Guided practice for all people who are beginners to Yoga. (2h)

“Ashtanga Yoga is a practice for life, because it takes you to internal places that offer discovery, transformation and integration”.

10am – Breakfast.
11.30am – Time to go out to the beach, and enjoy surfing with Jo Bento. But if you don’t want to surf, you can always walk, or just be on one of our favorite beaches! (2.30h)
2pm – Lunch break, and enjoy the Memmo.
6pm – Lecture Believe – yes, you are always in time to discover and live the best of life + Stretching and Recovery Sequence – a set of postures that teach you to release tension, and to know in depth the benefit of a calmer breath + Relaxation Guided – stop, cure and prevent tiredness, fatigue, anxiety, and stress. (2.30h)
9pm – Dinner at Memmo.

 

May 10, Sunday

7.45 am – Meditation – the right break. (15m)
8am – Ashtanga Yoga Class – Mysore Style for experienced practitioners, and Guided practice for all people who are beginners to Yoga. (2h).

“You will get to know your body in greater depth, and at the same time learn to remain present in the moment, while opening the doors of your ability to calm, persist, surrender and renew.”

10am – Breakfast.
11.30am – Departure for a walk in a blessed place that invites you to stop, relax, and listen deeply to our hearts. Moments of meditation, sharing and joy. (2h)
