Come and take a break in your routine, travel to the South of Portugal, stay in a special place, Craveiral, and enjoy three days of inspiration to stop, feel and breathe!
May 1o, Friday,
from 4 pm – Arrival, small welcome reception and distribution of the rooms.
6.30 pm – Introduction to Retreat + 5 important premises for practicing Yoga and for life + Ashtanga Guided Yoga Class – a practice to breathe and move the body with freedom. (2h)
9 pm – Dinner prepared by the talented Craveiral team.
May 11, Saturday,
8 am – Ashtanga Yoga Class – Mysore Style for the more experienced practitioners / Guided Class for all those who have never practiced Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga. (1.30h)
10 am – Breakfast.
11 am – Departure to the beach.
How about learning to surf with someone with more than 25 years of experience? Or deepen what you already do in the water, with the tips and information of Jo Bento? But if you think you do not want to surf, you can always enjoy walking, diving, and being in one of our favorite places on the Alentejo coast!
2.30 pm – Lunch at Craveiral.

5.30 pm – Lecture what is it to relax? The art of surrender… + Sequence class of stretching and recovery postures + Guided relaxation. (3h)
9 pm – Dinner.
May 12, Sunday,
8 am – Ashtanga Yoga Class – Mysore Style for more experienced practitioners / Guided Classroom for all those who have never practiced Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga. (1.30h)
10 am – Breakfast.
11 am – Lecture Consistency in the mat of life … + A mini sequence of postures to do whenever you need to stop, feel and breathe. (2h)
1.30 pm – Lunch.
3 pm – End time for questions and answers, sharing stories and farewell.
