All people are welcome, those who have never practiced Yoga, and those who are already experienced!<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>PROGRAM<\/h1>\n<h3>May 14, Friday<\/h3>\n<p><strong>from 3pm &#8211;<\/strong> Arrival + Distribution of rooms.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6pm &#8211;<\/strong> Introduction to the Retreat &#8211; 3 days to celebrate the best of life, + guided Yoga &amp; relaxation practice &#8211; a Yoga class that promotes stretching and alignment and relaxation, so you can stop, feel, breathe and release tension, anxiety and stress . (2h)<\/p>\n<p><strong>8.30pm &#8211;<\/strong> Nutritious and tasty dinner prepared by the experienced team of Memmo Baleeira.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>May 15, Saturday<\/h3>\n<p><strong>8am &#8211;<\/strong> Meditation &amp; Ashtanga Yoga &#8211; you will learn that meditation is part of Yoga, and that it contains simple, effective and deeply beneficial bases for your health and well-being. (2h)<\/p>\n<p><strong>10am &#8211;<\/strong> Breakfast.<\/p>\n<p><strong>11.30am &#8211;<\/strong> departure to one of our favorite beaches, so you can make a walk, catch sun, and also to have the opportunity to surf with Jo Bento, who was a professional surfer, and is one of the references of Portuguese Surf. (2h)<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.30pm &#8211;<\/strong> time to enjoy the beaches of Sagres, or to be at the incredible Memmo Baleeira Hotel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.30pm &#8211;<\/strong> Ashtanga Yoga Workshop &#8211; a practice of discovery, transformation and love. Accessible theory, Yoga practice &amp; Guided relaxation &#8211; it is 2.30 hours of a Workshop that shares pertinent information, with stories and laughter! And also a Yoga practice for the end of the afternoon, which aims to create physical, mental and emotional integration and stability. (2.30h)<\/p>\n<p><strong>8.30pm &#8211;<\/strong> Dinner.<\/p>\n<h3>May 16, Sunday<\/h3>\n<p><strong>8am &#8211;<\/strong> Meditation &amp; Ashtanga Yoga &#8211; you will start your day, with the best of life! With practices that teach you to look inside, to settle down, and to better understand that you have a choice about the thoughts and emotions that you have, and also about what you decide to let go, on an internal journey that gives you back your light, strength, creativity, harmony and peace. (2h)<\/p>\n<p><strong>10am &#8211;<\/strong> Breakfast.<\/p>\n<p><strong>11.30am &#8211;<\/strong> Walk to one of our favorite beaches &#8211; Nature is one of the greatest sources of inspiration for us to be positive people, well with life, grateful and happy.
