If you are a Beginner…
feel very welcome to start practicing Ashtanga Yoga with us!
You can participate in all our classes, with the exception of Monday because you will need some experience to integrate these classes.

If you are an experienced practitioner…
take into account the periods of entry in the classes exposed on the schedule, and if you have a long practice, you should arrive as early as possible to class.
Respect the order of the posture sequences, do not omit or add positions. Try to maintain consistency and regularity in classes, we advise a minimum of 3 lessons per week.
Enjoy the hour and a half that you will pass over your mat and into the classroom, to cleanse your body, focus your mind and cultivate a bond with your soul.
