A LIFE POSTURE
My relationship with this posture is a wonderful description of the connection I live with myself.
For years I found myself getting in touch with myself with difficulty, because I was facing frustration, fear, and sometimes, shame. Only with the passing of the years and the very process of maturity of practice and life, did I go back there with greater ease, respect and freedom.
But after the Concha was born I had the feeling for weeks and months of having to start from scratch, both in the discovery of this posture and of myself! This is one of the best positions to describe the phases that I go through in life, and for good and bad, it is really the one I love the most, because it is one of those that forces me to get out of comfort, take a deep breath, let go of attachments, open my heart and stay inside with no ambitions to listen to every part of myself give in.
