MEDITATION WAVE OF LIGHT
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.
Close the eyes.
Connect to your breath.
Allow that happen breaths that are nasal, slow and deep.
Be present in your breath.
Now connect to the natural movement of the diaphragm.
Stay there.
Breathe in and focus your mind on the natural movement of your diaphragm, and when you recognize that your belly goes out a little, imagine a wave of light expanding from this place to your entire body.
Exhale through your nose, and notice your belly being pulled in and up, and feel that the wave of light returns to your diaphragm again.
Inhale again through your nose, and imagine that the wave becomes stronger and more luminous, and that it extends throughout your body.
