Finding balance is no easy task.

Because when it looks like we’ve already won it, we realize that we’re on the ground again. And there is not much to do, it will be like this, but I like to think that yoga practices help to soften the falls, and that they provide tools for me to return more attentive and aware to the climbs.

The next time you are down there, or up here, remember to repeat to yourself, “I THANK YOU, I TRUST.”.
